Chris Flower has over 12 years of experience in all aspects of consumer electronics law. His experience includes managing in excess of 20 patent lawsuits and approximately 15 non-patent lawsuits without a loss; handling trademark disputes and clearance procedures; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating consumer electronics agreements such as purchase agreements, sales agreements, and licensing agreements; review of product marketing claims with respect to FTC and class action risks; managing worldwide product recalls, including risk mitigation and governmental compliance; advising as to emerging use of social media as a means for marketing, including legal issues associated with conducting promotions, sweepstakes and contests on social media sites.
Prior to founding The Flower Law Firm, Mr. Flower oversaw and managed the legal department of a $1.5 billion consumer electronics company with respect to all worldwide legal issues.
Mr. Flower was a finalist for Corporate Counsel of the Year, Los Angeles Business Journal, in October 2011
